More than fifty years of company history
The family-run company was founded in 1968 by Hermann Richter and now in 2018 the company can look back on 50 years of Hanseatic history near Bremen. What started as a “one-man operation” in a garage, has been steadily developing into a renowned company with almost 50 international employees and a total area of approx. 15,000 m².
Over the years, wholesale Richter forklifts has also adapted its range of services to the growing needs of its customers.
Trade – The company is one of the world leaders in used forklifts and auxiliary attachments, specialising in international wholesale. Over 2,000 used devices are exported all over the world annually. The stock of wholesale Richter forklifts includes about 600 units of all ages, condition as well as any carrying capacity and drive type. The wide range of forklifts and auxiliary attachments can be guaranteed by manufacturer-independent purchase.
In-house workshop – In addition to trading, the workshop team carries out any repair, service, and maintenance. Twelve specialists work on welding and straightening work as well as custom-made forklifts and aerial work platforms and can provide on-site technical assistance to the customer in an emergency.
Transport – A company-owned drop-centre truck is available for flexible transport to the surrounding area. The organisation of worldwide transport is one of the daily tasks of the logistics department.
